Issaquah History Museums needs volunteers SaturdayNEW — 6:30 a.m. March 11, 2010
Help the Issaquah History Museums restore a vintage caboose Saturday.
Organizers need two or three volunteers to help remove old carpet from a 1942 caboose displayed at the Issaquah Train Depot. Works begins at 10 a.m., and should last up to two hours. The removal will allow a group from Northwest Railway Museum in Snoqualmie to assess the condition of the wood floor beneath the carpet.
Contact museums Volunteer Coordinator Karen Klein at 392-3500 or volunteer@issaquahhistory.org for more information. Volunteers should bring a dust mask or respirator, gloves and a carpet or utility knife. The depot is located at 50 Rainier Blvd. N.

Police ran a check on Green, discovered the warrant for his arrest and took him into custody. His bail was set at $350.
