Amanda Bretvick, of Kirkland, and Mikey (Michael) Posch, of Renton, were married July 18, 2010, at Hollywood School House in Woodinville. John Jenks officiated.
The bride, the daughter of Donna and Neil Bretvick, of Kirkland, was attended by her sister Abby Bretvick, the groom’s sister Liana Posch, Allissa Kehr and Jessie Robertson.
Amanda is a 2005 graduate of the International Community School. In 2009, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and anthropology at Willamette University in Salem, Ore., and a master of teaching in 2010. She will teach in Dallas.
The groom is the son of Tien Pouw and Tony Posch, of Renton. His groomsmen were his brothers Erik Posch and Galen Posch, David Taylor and Rocky Mark Juan.
Mikey is a 2005 graduate of Liberty High School and later earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry at Willamette University. He will attend medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern School of Medicine in Dallas.
The couple honeymooned in Belize.
McIlvaine, Ratliff

Anna Joy McIlvaine, of Issaquah, and David Elijah Ratliff, of Cle Elum, were married last summer at Living Faith Fellowship in Pullman. The Rev. Phil Vance and the Rev. Richard McIlvaine officiated.
The bride, the daughter of the Rev. Richard and Joy McIlvaine, of Issaquah, is a 2004 graduate of Issaquah High School. Her matron of honor was her best friend Katherine Hammelman; her attendants were Amy Ratliff, Katie Shelton and Ashlee Connor.
The groom, the son of Kenneth and Ewa Ratliff, of Cle Elum, is a 2003 graduate of Cle Elum High School. His best man was Adam Ratliff; his groomsmen were Colt Shelton, C.J. Carrier and Brian Cresto.
Special ushers were John and David McIlvaine, brothers of the bride, who seated special aunt Cindy Manning and grandma Nancy Crilly.
Candle lighters were Janina and Melodie Ratliff, sisters of the groom; worship was led by Tommy Fitzgerald.
Anna earned a cum laude degree in communication from Washington State University in 2009. She works as a production manager for Creative Image Portrait Design.
David earned a civil engineering degree from Washington State University in 2003. He works as a civil engineer for the U.S. Forest Service.
The couple honeymooned on the Oregon coast.
Suttmeier, Baker

Scott Christopher Suttmeier and Laura Jean Baker were married June 21, 2009, on a beach of Outer Banks, N.C.
The reception was held in the historic Kitty Hawk Pier ballroom.
The bride, daughter of Dr. Dennis and Denise Baker, of Edenton, N.C. She is a 2009 graduate of East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C.
Her attendants were her sisters Marlis Sidletsky and Kristin Baker, along with the groom’s sister Jenna Suttmeier.
The groom, a 2004 graduate of Issaquah High School, is the son of Bill and Joanne Suttmeier, of Issaquah. He went on to earn a business/finance degree from Washington State University and the University’s Honors College.
His groomsmen were friends and fellow WSU baseball teammates Matt Fanelli, of Olympia; Steve Kost, of Bellevue; and Simi Reynolds, of Renton.
In attendance at the wedding were the groom’s paternal grandparents, Ted and Jean Suttmeier, of Pocono Pines, Pa., and his maternal grandmother, Barbara Perkins, of York, Maine.
The couple met while Scott was playing summer baseball for the Edenton Steamers and living with his host parents, Hal and Carolyn Burns. It was in his second summer there when Scott met “the girl next door.”
Scott and Laura are both employed by Wells Fargo Bank and reside in Winterville, N.C.

The bride, the daughter of Lorie and Joe Muscat, of Issaquah, is a 2005 graduate of Skyline High School. Her bridesmaids were Angela Muscat, Abbey Poulin, Stephanie Erickson and Shannon Crilly.
Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering in 2009 from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
The groom, the son of Debbie and Bruce Poulin, of Sammamish, is a 2004 graduate of Skyline High School. His groomsmen were Ben Brownlee, Axel Thibodeau, Leonard McKinnon and Brian Oppenheim.
Baraka earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering in 2008 from Gonzaga University.
The couple honeymooned in Maui, Hawaii.

Ryan Stearns and Victoria Mills were married April 3, 2010, in Laguna Beach, Calif., at Tivoli Terrace. The Rev. Bruce Danzara officiated.
The groom, the son of John and Robin Stearns, formerly of Issaquah, is a 2003 graduate of Skyline High School. His groomsmen were his brothers Trevor and Tyler Stearns. Ryan graduated in 2008 from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with a degree in business administration: accounting. He works as an accountant for Richard Heath Associates in Fresno, Calif., and is pursuing his master’s degree in business administration.
The bride is the daughter of Fern Mills and Michael Hayes of Clovis, Calif. Her bridal attendant was her sister Claire Hayes. Victoria graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, in 2009 with a degree in political science. She is pursuing her master’s in psychology.
The couple honeymooned in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

The bride is the daughter of Gediminas and Laima Brazauskas, of Vilnius, Lithuania. She graduated in 2005 from Vilnius University with a degree in business management and administration. She works at Euroadventures.
